He is survived by: his wife Jane Schweitzer; his children, Robert Whitmire (Tina), Steven Whitmire and Christie Parrish (Kevin); and his siblings, Alfred and Pauline Livingston. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren.
