With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joann L. Foss of Colona, Illinois, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on June 16, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Orville Howlett and Mary Howlett (Lambrick); and her husband Michael Foss. She is survived by : her children, Penny Jagers Lasche (David), Pamela Beckner (Jeff), Patricia Keith, Peggy Knaack and Michael Jr. Foss (Stephanie Thoms); her brother Jack Howlett (Mary); and her close friends, Coleen and Norma. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
