He is survived by: his children, Pam Franklin-Fugate of Moline, Michelle Brenner Long (Shawn) of Highland, IN, Morgan Franklin of Colona, IL and Brent Franklin (Teresa Davis) of Jefferson, GA; his stepchildren, Tara and Tracy O'Haver of Colona, IL; and his siblings, Deanna Wilson (Mike) of Moline, Jean Franklin of Paducah, KY, Victor Franklin of Philip, SD, Michael Franklin (Julie) of Marion, IA, Dewain Franklin (Betsy) of Largo, FL, Richard Franklin of Milan, IL and Dan Franklin (Lori) of Davenport, IA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
