Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Helen Andersen of Colona, Illinois, born in Wapello, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 83, on January 2, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rominger and Goldie Rominger (Mathers); her husband Floyd Bernard Andersen; her daughter Mary; and her son-in-law David Fleener.
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Fleetwood (Larry), Mark Andersen (Angela), Marsha Andersen and Martie Hollars (Patrick); her grandchildren, Joe Short (Shelly), Ryan, Tyler, Branden Andersen, Jamie Fleetwood (Nick), Dylan Hollars (Shelby), Devin Hollars (Kayla), Scott Fleetwood (Jodi), Greg Fleetwood (Kris), Nikki Sailor (John), Derek Fleener (Kelly) and Shawn Fleener (Jamie); her great grandchildren, Kamille, Seth Short, Atlas, Asher Maikut, Jarrett Andersen, Kellen Minder, Brandi Marxen (Dale), Matt Fleetwood, Andrea Ryan (Conor), Austin, Brandon Fleetwood, Ashley Skahill, Bailey Moore, Evan Sailor, Ty, Cam Fleener, Savanah and Sierra Fleener; and her brother Kenneth Rominger. She is also survived by her daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, social distancing guidelines will be followed, and masks will be required in the funeral Caution-home. Funeral services will be private followed by burial in Greenview Memorial Gardens in East Moline.
