He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble Bolinger and Clara Bolinger (Wine); his brother John Bolinger; and his sister-in-law Gerry Bolinger. He is survived by: his niece Martha Bolinger; and his great-nephew John Swan.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sullivan-Ellis Mortuary, Ltd. (1902 3rd Ave, East Moline, IL 61244). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Colona American Legion Post 1233.
