He is survived by: his wife Deanna Day; his children, Donald W. Sullivan of Colona, Denise Schmidtlein of Colona and Dina Anderson (Dusty Werner) of Colona; and his brothers, Jimmy Sullivan (Nanci) of Casa Grande and Gary Sullivan (Dayle) of East Moline. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
