He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harry, Margaret Kipp, Herbert and Avis Atwell; and his cousin Charlie Brown.
He is survived by: his parents, Gary Atwell of Coal Valley, IL and Sandra Melody (Kipp) of Moline, IL; his daughter Nikki; his grandchildren, Boogie, Bubbie and Frank; his daughters, LeeAnn Marie (Steve Waldron Sr.) of Silvis, IL and Nicole Atwell (Bret Harris) of Milan, IL; his grandchildren, Ashlyn Waldron (Boogie) and Steven Waldron Jr. (Bubbie); his siblings, Dedra Crampton (Mike) of Moline, IL and Donald Atwell (Glenda) of Fort Worth, TX; and his friend Bill Reynolds of East Moline, IL. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
