It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Corey R. Gradert of Colona, Illinois, born in Geneseo, Illinois, who passed away on June 17, 2024, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Wilber, Elizabeth Gradert, Hobe and Faye LeMaster; his father-in-law John DeBoever; his nephew Luke Bazan; and also, Morris, Gertrude DeBoever, Gerald and Joyce Massey.

He is survived by : his parents, Richard Gradert and Lynda Gradert (LeMaster) of Geneseo; his wife Jennifer; his children, Macey Miller (Jacob) of Geneseo, Reid Gradert (Katie) of Atkinson, Lynsey Raygoza (Oscar) of East Moline and Cole Gradert of Ames; his grandchildren, Indie, Beau and Gianna; his mother-in-law Deb DeBoever of Geneseo; his sister-in-law Marisa Thompson (TJ) of Geneseo; his nieces and nephews, Tyler (Paige), Makenzie and Madison Thompson; and his sisters, Tracy, Tari, Kari and Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins; and friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, June 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Vandemore Funeral Home - Geneseo (580 E Ogden Ave, Geneseo, IL 61254).

Memorial donations can be made to the Corey Gradert Memorial Fund.
