She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Stalkfleet and Genevieve Duahoo Stalkfleet; her husband William R. Franklin; her siblings, Earl Stalkfleet and Mary Orendorf; and her great grandchild Zachary.
She is survived by: her daughters, Penny Genung (William) of Cordova, Carol Weisman (Jerry) of Colona and Sally Jo Miller (Glen) of Fulton, IL; her grandchildren, Corey Wiesman (Amanda), Brian Weisman (Ashley Erd), Sean Genung (Charlene), Jenny Droll (Chris), Della Sivright (Christopher), Tewanta Miller and Glen Miller III; and her pet Mitzi. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schroder Mortuary- Colona (213 1st St, Colona, IL 61241). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at the Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery (1022 E 39th St, Davenport, IA 52807).
