With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill J. Bulman of Colona, Illinois, born in Austin, Texas, who passed away on July 11, 2023 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his brother Lloyd "Chuck" Bulman, Jr.; and his pet Riley. He is survived by : his parents, Lloyd C. Bulman, and Doris Bulman, Sr. (Sampica); his wife Carol A. Bowdish; his children, Chad Bulman (Christy) and Brittany Bulman; his granddaughters, Callie and Cambrie; his pets, Cenley and Cayce; his siblings, Terri Bean (Jim) and Rick Bulman (Kathy); and his sister-in-law Judy Mollendor (Terry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or K9 Kindness Rescue.
