She is survived by: her boyfriend Rick Danneels; her children, Fred Warren Jr. (Heidi) and Diedre Perkins (Michael); her grandchildren, Heather, Bart, Delt, Desiree and Vivienne; her great grandchildren, Christopher, Braiden, Peyton, Jasper, Conor, Brynley and Lilly; and her pet Buddy.
