She was predeceased by: her siblings, Dolores "Sis" and Ellsworth; and her close friend James Steele. She is survived by: her parents, Dolly Knifley and Theodore Donovan; her spouse Herbert Meadows Dec; her daughters, Cathy Vincent (Tony) of Colona and Brenda Jaffe (Mike) of Davenport; her grandchildren, Anthony Taylor (Alyssa) of Andalusia and Elia Bybee (Melissa) of Davenport; her great grandchildren, Riliegh Bybee, Adalynn Taylor, Addison Taylor, Dominic Bybee, Newell Yates and Peyton Yates; her brother Ted J. Donovan of Jacksonville, IL; her pets, Jackie, Molly and Tator Tot; and her half-brothers, Gary, JoAnn, Mary Ann, Kaye, Karen, Bill, Bob and Steve.
