He is survived by: his mother Ruth Duncan; his wife Lisa Burlingame; his children, Chad Duncan of Omaha and Amanda Barker (Bobby) of Colona; his grandchildren, Melony, Blake and Connor Barker; his siblings, Brenda Mills (Mike) of Buffalo and Bryan Duncan of Maquoketa; his stepmother Mary Duncan of Lakeland, Florida; and his mother-in-law Joy Burlingame of Coal Valley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established to help with veteran suicide prevention.
