He was predeceased by: his father Jaye "Bird" Painter; and his siblings, Dawn White and Jessie White. He is survived by: his mother Diana Painter (Ron); his wife Erika Kaczinski; his children, Madelyn, Miles and Marshall; and his siblings, Steven White (Erica), Nikki White, Dan Puckett, Jamie Puckett, Chad Puckett, Melissa Perkins, Matt Perkins and Alan Severs. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial fund has been established for his children at Black Hawk Bank & Trust .
