He is survived by: his parents, Denise Marie Self (Samples) of Collinsville, Illinois and Wesley Self (Janet) of Collinsville; his children, Ian Self of St. Louis, Missouri and Alyssa Marie Self of St. Louis, Missouri; his sisters, April Hornberger (Brant) of La Center and Janel Self of Collinsville, Illinois; his stepsiblings, Matthew Chandler, Michelle Chandler and Jacob Johnson; his nieces, Alexandria Mix and Lacee Hornberger; and his nephew Austin Hornberger. He is also survived by 5 great nieces and nephews.
