She is survived by: her children, Virginia, Bill Smith (Debbie) of St. Louis, MO, Jerome Smith (Kaye) of Collinsville, IL, Trisha, Thom Smith (Faith) of St. Albans, MO and Peggy Black (Chuck) of Collinsville, IL; her stepdaughters, Carolyn and Staroske of St. Charles; and her grandchildren, Christopher Black, Jason Smith (Amy), Charles Black (Amanda), Ryan Haislar (Jenny), Jennifer Lewis (Bruce), Heath Wentz, Sr., Tara Wentz, Erica Kim (Andrew), Shane Wentz, Adam Smith (Julie) and Andrew Smith.
