She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Carroll and Helen Carroll; her husband Edward P. Turner; her son Larry Turner; and her siblings, August, Bill Carroll, Louise Stevens, June Owens, Lucille Capps, Rose Rehr and Mary Sevick.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Cannell (George) and Rhonda Kismer (Richard); her grandchildren, Jeannette, Anthony, Bart, Wendy, Sean and Tracy; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Olivia, Aiden, Gabrielle, Michael, Nolan, Chloe, Mey, Alejandro and Lucia.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church Building Fund.
