He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harvey and Lucretia Darline Skaggs; and his great-nephews, William Lee Lawrence Clanney and Paul Lawrence Clanney, III. He is survived by: his cousin Donna Gail; his sisters, Sharon Clanney, Sr. (Paul) of Collinsville, IL and Deborah Skaggs of Collinsville, IL; his nieces, Sherry Fite and Heather Kay Guffey (Danny); his nephew Paul L. Clanney, Jr.; his great-nephews, BJ Schlechter (Tami), Brandon Schlechter (Cierra), Zachariah Wilhold (Tay), Dakota Guffey, Kaeden Guffey and Leiam Clanney; his great-niece Arabella Clanney; and also, Luka Schlechter, Axel Schlechter and Skylar Bunetta. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
