We are sad to announce that on August 19, 2023, at the age of 60, Tammy Lynn Starwalt of Collinsville, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Starwalt and Dorothy M. Hitch; and her siblings, Lynnette Nugent and Mike Hitch. She is survived by: her children, Angela (Casey Willis), Jessica Howard of Collinsville, Sean Starwalt of Collinsville and Andre'"Duke" Howard of Collinsville; her grandchildren, Sadie, Sierra, Sabrina, Shyne, Alana, Zayden, Kobie and Maleek; her great grandchild Penelope; her siblings, Lisa Haynes of Norfolk, VA and Dale Starwalt of Fairview Heights; and her aunt Annette (Ray Kellison).
