She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland E. "Smitty" Smith and Gloria "Gayle" Smith. She is survived by: her siblings, Georgia Crites (Troy) of Fenton, MO, Gloria Fayollat (Tom) of Glen Carbon, IL, Cindy Fortenberry (Mack) of Zephyr, TX, Eddie Smith (Sherri) of Belleville, IL, Jimmy Smith (Lisa) of Highland, IL, June Zavaglia (Mike) of Edwardsville, IL and Casey Smith of Collinsville, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
