We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2024, at the age of 65, Stephen Ray Kerr of Collinsville, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Loal Kerr and Sally Kerr (Hanson) of Salem, Missouri.; his wife Linda K. Kerr (Koeplin) of Collinsville, Illinois; his sons, Joseph E. Uptegrove of Warrensburg and Luke J. Uptegrove of Collinsville, Illinois; his grandchildren, Joey and Jonah Uptegrove; his siblings, Daniel Kerr (Debbie), Janet Delatte (Steve) and Michael Kerr (Becky); and his nieces and nephews, Kyle Campey (Morgan), Zachary Kerr, Riley Kerr and Ian Hartmann. He is also survived by many other cousins, relatives and friends.
