He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Petrov and Katherine Stamboldjiev (Talbot); his son Christopher Stamboldjiev; and his brother Michael Stamboldjiev. He is survived by: his children, Alexander Stamboldjiev, Jonathan Stamboldjiev and Ella Ingham of St. Paul, Minnesota; his siblings, Peter Stamboldjiev and Megan McMaster; and his aunt Ena (Boyko Kurtiansky). He is also survived by several nieces; nephews; cousins; other extended family and many friends.
Memorials may be made to Holy Trinity Bulgarian Eastern Orthodox Church.
