With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley J. Haner of Collinsville, Illinois, born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 14, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Garner and Hulda Garner; her husband William "Bill" J. Haner; and her siblings, Robert Garner (Bernice), Judy Fleeman (John), Lenora Getz (Lou), Caroline Pitts (Calvin) and Geraldine "Gerry" Pugh (Larry).
She is survived by: her son William "Bill" S. Haner (Lisa Fuehner); her grandchildren, Mackenzie J. Haner, Lilly Fuehner and Annie Stanek; and her siblings, William "Andy" Garner (Karen) and Arlene Schoate (Paul). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many loving friends.
