She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Cole and Ruby Cole (Conley); her husband Ulys Moski; her sister Sarah Edmonia Westlake; her brother-in-law Carl E. Westlake; and her nephew-in-law Dennis E. Toupnot.
She is survived by: her niece Mary Toupnot; her nephew Stephen Westlake (Connie); and her friend Jesus. She is also survived by great nieces, great nephews and great-great nieces and nephews; numerous cousins and friends.
Memorials may be made in Ruby's memory to New Community Church of the Nazarene in Collinsville or to Vitas Hospice.
