He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edwin Joergensen and Cecilia Joergensen; his wife Judith "Judi" Kukla; his sons, Michael Joergensen (Tonya) of San Antonio, TX and Matt Joergensen (Hilary) of Purcellville, VA; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Phillip, Noah and Ella.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Barry Wilson Funeral Home (2800 N Center St, Maryville, IL 62062). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (200 N Lange Ave, Maryville, IL 62062). The inurnment was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (South St, Edwardsville, IL 62025).
Memorials are suggested to Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church or in the form of masses and will be received at the funeral home.
