He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond B. Lentz Sr. and Virginia Parmley (Lawler); and his brother Raymond B. Lentz Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Gerry Lentz of Collinsville, IL; his daughter Jennie Cassazza (Eric) of San Diego, CA; his sister Sharon R. Hillmer of Granite City, IL; his stepchildren, Jeff Varady, Debbie Gregory and Greg Varady (Christine); and his grandsons, Jake and Lucas Casazza. He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren; seven step-great-grandchildren; extended family and friends.
Memorial donations may be given to American Cancer Society. Donations will be accepted at the funeral chapel.
