It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roland Michael Henry Jr. of Collinsville, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on March 9, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roland Henry and Berta Muldrow Henry; his friends, Mathieu and Smith; his close friend Bill Holt; his godmother Marie Rodgers; his goddaughter Sherry Bobbitt; his close friend Wanda Miller; and his aunts and uncles, William Muldrow, Jr., Alvin Muldrow, Catherine Muldrow, Grace Muldrow (Al Jackson), Patricia Henderson (Dwayne) and Clara Davis. He was also cherished by friends and co-workers.

He was offered a position at the Union Station Hilton where he worked until the pandemic forced many layoffs in 2020.
