He is survived by: his parents, Beverly Joy Frank (Adams) and Robert "Bob" William; his wife Michelle Frank; his children, Robert Edward Frank, Elizabeth Nicole Frank and Kayla Elizabeth Lott (Aileen); and his siblings, Bradley Wayne Frank (Karen) and April Nicole Strawn (Larry). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
