It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Dean Cecil Jr. of Collinsville, Illinois, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dean Cecil Sr. and Dorothy Jean Cecil. He is survived by: his sister Diane Harris (Craig) of Raymore, MO; his nephews, Jeff Harris (Nancy) and Bryan Harris (Carrie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emily, Spencer, Nathan, Wyatt and Jordyn; and his cousin Rory Murphy.
