He is survived by: his children, Robert Jr., Scott and Deanna Sheplak; his grandson Loren James Cullen; his siblings, Michael Cullen (Cheri) and Deborah Jane Cullen; his children, Terry and Timothy Manker; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Hannah and Kaitlin Manker; and his friends, Kenneth Kohlberg and Mary Porter.
