He was predeceased by: his daughter Dawn Mueller; his parents, Earl Sr. (Mary E.) and Howard; his sisters, Geraldine Kimball, Audrey Skaggs, June Livingston and Virgina Lunceford; his brother-in-law Eddie Sprinot; and his pet Lulu.
He is survived by: his wife Janis Howard; his son-in-law Randy Mueller; and his siblings, Mildred Sprinot and Earl "Butch" Howard, Jr. (Shirley). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, any no kill humane society, or Hospice of Southern Illinois.
