With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard S. Flannery of Collinsville, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on July 30, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Verna Lee and William Patrick Flannery; and his cousins, Tommy Canavan, Tony Cholet, Patty Canavan and Angie Canavan.
He is survived by: his sister Jeri L. Summers; his niece Erica L. Summers; and his cousins, Mary Flannery, Eugene Canavan, John Canavan, Mary Brisk, Richard Carter, Doug Cholet, Cathy Rodriguez, Mary Ulery, Chris Watkins and Cheryl Weir.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
