He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Powell and Marjorie Powell (Gilbert); and his wife Diana Brashier. He is survived by: his children, Craig Randall Powell (Angela) of Huntsville, UT and Kimberly Rae Powell of Carbondale, IL; his stepchildren, Darin Lee (Gina) of Maryville, IL and Denise Dismukes (Mark) of O'Fallon, IL; and his grandchildren, Israel Powell, Skyler Noice, Julian Noice, Jackson Lee, Danielle Lee, Kyle Dismukes and Kelsey Dismukes.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Collinsville VFW Post 5691 (1234 Vandalia St, Collinsville, IL 62234).
