He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Goble and Agnes P. Goble; and his siblings, Frank Goble, Richard Goble and Rosemary Cullen.
He is survived by: his wife Vera F. Goble of Collinsville, IL; his children, Philip E. Goble, Jr. (Kristina) of Peoria, AZ and Sheri L. Verstraete of Collinsville, IL; and his grandchildren, Seth Verstraete of Collinsville, IL and Kaitlyn Goble of Peoria, AZ.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to Hospice of Southern Illinois – North Orange or St. Jude Children's Hospital and will be accepted at the funeral home.
