She is survived by: her husband Leonard Zelechowski; her sons, Leonard Scott Zelechowski (Gina Covey) of Potosi, MO and Lance Zelechowski (Leah) of Collinsville, IL; her grandchildren, Levi James Covey and Claire Marie Covey; her siblings, Dave Warner (Kathy) of Belleville, IL and Debbie Zelechowski (Edward); her nephews, David Warner (Molly) of Troy, IL and Jimmy Young of Fairview Heights, IL; her niece Heather Zelechowski of Fairview Heights, IL; and her great-nephews, Asher Warner and Layne Sparks.
