It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jean Bouse of Collinsville, Illinois, who passed away on March 17, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Meyer and Leona Meyer; her husband Robert Bouse; and her brothers, Richard and Edward Meyer.
She is survived by: her children, Kathie Throm (Philip) of Collinsville, IL, Dennis Bouse (Anna) of Collinsville, IL and David Bouse (Kim) of Loudon, TN; her grandchildren, Angela Quinlan (Ed), Jason Throm (Emily), Kevin Bouse (Heather), Brian Bouse (Stacy), Joshua Bouse, Spencer Bouse and Trevor Bouse; and her great grandchildren, Julia Quinlan, Zachary Quinlan, Corbin Throm, Sidney Throm and Elara Bouse. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Barry Wilson Funeral Home (2800 N Center St, Maryville, IL 62062). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery (636 E Main St, Collinsville, IL 62234).
