She is survived by: her children, Dwaine, Edward Cook, Karen Vizer (Tanner) and Tammy Sievers (Francis); her grandchildren, Eric Cook, Stacey Shelton (Cook), Rachel Mertz (Cook), Sarah Shepherd (Cook), Michael Cook, Sara Samford (Cook), Tara Harmon (Cook), Matt Vizer, Monika Kavran (Vizer), Adam Sievers and Hannah Morrison (Sievers); and her great grandchildren, Nathan, Dylan, Abby Cook, Brandon, Jared, Justin Hyatt, Jace, Zach Shelton, Jacob, Katie Mertz, Kyle, Tyler, Leah Shepherd, Martin, Andrew Cook, Riley Samford, Marshall Harmon, Emma, Lucas Kavran and Matthias Sievers.
