He is survived by: his mother Ardyth Kueker-Rimar of Collinsville, IL; his siblings, Steven Hedlund (Sharon Spicer) of Staunton, IL, John Rimar, Jr. (Ann) of Edwardsville, IL, Debra Ohlendorf of Charleston, SC, Linda Atkinson (Larry) of Edwardsville, IL and JoDe Dietch (Lennie) of Chicago, IL; his nieces, Samantha Hedlund-Beckham (Derrick), Jenna Ohlendorf-Simpson (Craton), Ashlyn Ohlendorf-Gibbons (Mason), Andrea Fox (Johnny) and Laura Frawley (Justin); and his nephew Carmen Dietch.
