He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stephens, and Elizabeth Stephens, Sr. (Holshouser); and his siblings, Charles Stephens, Jr. and Susie DuVall. He is survived by: his children, Chris Stephens of Collinsville, IL, Kelley Gaither (Kyle) of Maryville, IL and Carrie Johnson (Tim) of Troy, IL; his grandchildren, Connor, Jaden Stephens, Kai, Kelea Gaither, Grahm and Lexi Johnson; and his siblings, Johnny Stephens (Karen) of Collinsville, IL, Steve Stephens of Collinsville, IL and Mary Beth Wilson (Terry) of Collinsville, IL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
