He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Stout and Joyce Stout (Peters). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Stout of Collinsville, IL; his daughter Julie; his son-in-law Dennis Carter of St. Jacob, IL; his sister Julie; his brother-in-law Roger Meadows of Lakeland, TN; his brother Kent; his sister-in-law Anita Stout of Las Vegas, NV; and his granddaughters, Eliza Carter and Kathryn Carter. He is also survived by extended family and many wonderful friends.

Memorial donations may be given to First Baptist Church, Maryville, IL. Donations will be accepted at the church.
