It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise M. Fernandez (Collinsville, Illinois), who passed away on January 26, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Emily Rose "Amelia" Forneris and Giovanni "John" Forneris; her spouse Angel Fernandez; her children, Dr. Mark Fernandez (Joan), Michael Fernandez (Jan), Rose Marie Zabawa (Richard), Robert Fernandez (Natalie) and Louise; her grandchildren, Christopher Fernandez, Brian Fernandez, Jared Fernandez, Jordan Fernandez, Rebecca Zabawa, Dr. Luke Zabawa, Bobbi Fernandez, Rob Fernandez (Mercedes) and Kim Hongisto (Justin); and her great grandchildren, Magen, Micah, Luke and Logan.
