She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Sugent; her parents, Andrew Charles and Amelia; and her brothers, John Molla and Daniel Molla. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and close friends.

Lorraine excelled in her commitment to the mounds and enjoyed interacting with the many visitors to the site. She helped in training new volunteers and was always ready to answer questions.
