Linda C. McDowell Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda C. McDowell of Collinsville, Illinois, born in Independence, Kansas, who passed away on February 2, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph T. McDowell; and her parents, Kenneth Kirk and Joan Edwards. She is survived by: her children, Joseph McDowell II (Angela) of Milwaukie, OR and Carrie McDowell of Troy, IL; her grandchildren, Cassie Bruns, Anna McDowell, Aaron Cline, Madisyn Carrino and Jackson Knutt; her great grandchildren, McKenna and Jayden; and her sisters, Beth Sij (Paul) of Collinsville, IL and Tracy Kirk. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in Linda's honor to Collinsville Education Scholarship Foundation and will be received at the funeral home.
