He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo G. and Dorothy Hulcer, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Terry L. Hoppes Hulcer of Collinsville, IL; his daughter Abbey Hulcer of St. Louis, MO; his stepchildren, Lori Ochs (Brandon) of Aurora, CO and Curt Hoppes (Jennifer) of Collinsville, IL; and his brother Larry Hulcer (Colleen) of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by 8 step-grandchildren.
