He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hall; his children, Michael (Leona), Alan, Andrew (Dina), Bethany, David (Leah), Tricia (Eric), Sarah (Jeremy) and Pamela; his stepson Joshua; and his siblings, Sheila Casper (Ken), Jay Garrison, Leanna Berg (Robert) and Christina Christensen (Rex). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
