He was predeceased by: his wife Gaila; his son Dana; and his parents, Joseph Koudela and Mary Koudela. He is survived by: his siblings, Josephine Kubicki, Betty Skrabacz, Daniel Koudela and Constance Koudela of St. Paul Minnesota; his children, Damian Koudela of Collinsville Illinois and Denise Koudela of Albertville Alabama; his daughter-in-law Jan Koudela-Kezely; his grandchildren, Ryan of Megan, BJ and Dani; and his great grandchildren, Braden, Maia, Kamry, Kruz, Addison, Dyllan, Landri and Archer.
