He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Waitukaitis and Mickey Waitukaitis; and his uncles, John Johnson and Jimmy Johnson. He is survived by: his sons, Harmony Waitukaitis (Miranda) and Shane Waitukaitis; his grandchildren, Mariyah, Harper, Hudson, Levi and Malachi; and his friend Garry Mehrer.
