With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James V. Hoef of Collinsville, Illinois, born in Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on December 31, 2022 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Tony, Annie, Jim Mahan and Bonnie Wykoff; his father-in-law Bradley Arcynski; his uncles, Ted Hoef and Michael "Butch" Hoef; and his stepsister Jodi Friederich.
He is survived by: his wife Amy Hoef of Collinsville, IL; his parents, Jim Hoef (Cindy) of O'Fallon, IL and Cindy Viviano (Don) of Troy, IL; his siblings, Jennifer Cox (Adam) of Collinsville, IL, Vicky Livorsi (Kyle) of Groveland, FL, Dominick Vivano (Mackenzie) of Aubrey, TX and Zachary Friedrich of O'Fallon, IL; his nieces and nephews, Taylor, Zander Cox, Lance Grady, Jake, Kelsey Livorsi, Ronnie and Molly Fietsam; and his siblings-in-law, Kim Smith (Wally) of Swansea, IL, Charlene Arcynski of Lebanon, IL and Julie Conder (Tim) of Lynhaven, FL.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Renee's Rescue Sanctuary, Godfrey, IL.
