He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Willingham and Jennie Willingham. He is survived by: his daughters, Brittany and Samantha Spencer; his grandchildren, Keely, Kaley, Michael, Riot and Hailey; his sisters, Amy Spencer-Madril (Neal) of Casper, WY and Ashley Spencer; and his cousin Dale Myers (Beth) of Collinsville, IL.
