He was predeceased by: his siblings, Edward Kupinski and Ruth Ann Croft. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl "Sherry" Frank (Robert) of Alhambra, IL, James "Ski" Jr. Kupinski (Jennifer) of Granite City, IL and Leslie Carlson (Travis) of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Kyle, Katie, Samantha, Lily, Stella and Scarlett; his son David Weber; and his brothers, Jim, Jack Russell Terrier and Buddy.

Memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
